Self-serve account deletion is available in the app. Web deletion instructions are also available.
Before Contacting Support
- Make sure you are using the latest version of SpeakSpend.
- Check your internet connection for sign in, sync, voice entry, password reset, and account deletion.
- For voice entry issues, confirm microphone permission is enabled for SpeakSpend.
- For password reset issues, request a fresh reset email if an older link has expired.
- For offline entries, reconnect to the internet and leave the app open long enough for sync to complete.
